Casting enquiries

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional organisation and message. These details are stored in a private inbox and used to assess and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information or information that is not needed for the enquiry.

Access and storage

Only the authorised site owner can access the enquiry inbox. The website uses the hosting platform’s database and file storage. Messages are kept while needed to deal with the enquiry and may then be deleted by the owner. When email notifications are enabled, enquiry details are passed to Resend to send an email to the parent’s privately configured address. Copies may be retained in the parent’s email inbox.

Browser preferences

The site stores your colour theme preference in your browser. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Signing in to the owner area uses ChatGPT authentication and the hosting platform’s necessary session cookies.

Spam prevention

A short-lived, hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated form submissions. It is not used for advertising or tracking across websites.

Your information

To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have submitted, use the casting enquiry form or the parent-managed Backstage profile. Include the email address used for your original enquiry.
